Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray of "The Bachelorette" Season 10 broke a lot of hearts when they decided to go their separate ways earlier this month. But they are not nursing broken hearts, if their online activity is any indication.

Dorfman, for instance, has been spending a lot of time with her girlfriends, and her latest Instagram post shows her working out at the gym with someone who seems to be her personal trainer. "Even though I'm not posing with my shirt off, I promise I still worked out! (Thanks to @ejadams17)," she captioned the photo. "#gym#workout #clotheson #schweatyballs."

Last week, the former assistant district attorney from Atlanta posted a picture of her hanging out with her "Bachelor" season 18 co-stars Nikki Ferrell and Kelly Travis. "Sometimes you just need your girls, some wine and the entire @taylorswift album. (and a kitchen counter to dance on) @kellytravisty @nikki_ferrell #latergram #blankspace #starbuckslover," Dorfman wrote alongside the picture.

Shortly after enjoying the ladies night out, the 27-year-old posted online that she missed her girls, and "Bachelor" star Juan Pablo Galavis decided to chime in with his infamous phrase that used to irk Dorfman.

As fans of the franchise know, Dorfman walked out of Galavis' season after she felt that he wasn't serious about getting to know her. At the time Dorfman said that even though she put herself out there, his feelings weren't genuine.

"But if you don't feel it, Andi, it's ok," Galavis told her, to which she responded: "I want to die if I have to hear 'It's OK' again!"

Murray, in the meantime, has also been busy, and he too appears to be hitting the gym regularly. "Already down 8 pounds in 8 days on my 24 Day Challenge, feeling GREAT!!" the television personality tweeted last week, and a few days back he posted online a photo of himself hanging out with his dog Sabel.

"Just me and my princess hangin' out and watchin' some football, such a love! #Sabel #MyBaby #DogKisses #SoHappy."
