Simbu and Anirudh's 'beep' song controversy is taking new twists and turns every day. The latest rumour about the leak is that there are some popular actors behind the leak.

If the buzz on the social media is anything to go by, Anirudh Ravichander's close buddies are involved in the leak. It is said that there are two actors, who had the clip of the controversial song on their mobiles.

But one of them is suspected to have shared it with a WatsApp friend, who in turn leaked it to their friends, sparking the controversy. While the actors' intentions behind it are not known yet, it is believed that the song was leaked by accident and they did not have any ill intention.

Nonetheless, Anirudh Ravichander and Simbu are on the receiving end with cases filed against them in Coimbatore and Chennai. On the other end, the actor has approached the Madras High Court seeking anticipatory bail.

The controversy broke when a two-year-old song was leaked and it did not take much time for people to point fingers at Simbu and Anirudh. A bunch of friends created the song for fun and it has now turned into a serious issue. The number has cuss words in its lyrics and targets women.

As per Simbu, it is a rough format of the track that was not meant for the public to listen to. Miscreants have modified the song and put them in trouble.

The song has been criticised by many lyricists and musicians apart from general audience.
