Priyanka Chopra's engagement with her boyfriend Nick Jonas has become one of the trending topics in the B-Town.
The actress created ripples in the industry with her sudden exit from Salman Khan-starrer Bharat, which is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The director, as well as her good friend Kangana Ranaut, confirmed the news saying that Priyanka is very excited about her wedding.
Shah Rukh Khan, who had been rumoured to be dating Priyanka Chopra in the past, however, gave a quirky reply when he was asked to comment on her wedding with the Hollywood pop singer.
Shah Rukh Khan, who attended the Vogue Beauty Awards 2018 on Tuesday evening in Mumbai, was quizzed about Priyanka's engagement with Nick. While scribes were hoping for a better response, SRK brushed it off with a witty reply, "Even I am getting married. I will send you an invite. My card will come to the reception and also, do come for the Mehendi."
Unlike SRK, when Kangana Ranaut was asked the same question, she confirmed that Priyanka is indeed going to get married and is pretty excited about it.
"I spoke to Priyanka the other day and I congratulated her. She responded in a very... She seems excited and very happy. If such an event is taking place, I'd love to celebrate with her because she is lovely and she deserves all the happiness. She is a very dear friend. I get very happy and excited with weddings and engagements," Kangana was quoted as saying by The Asian Age.
According to reports, SRK and Priyanka's rumoured affair had created trouble in the actor's marriage with Gauri Khan who became quite upset when she got to know about the episode. However, there had been no confirmation about the reports.
Meanwhile, SRK is very happy to see his daughter Suhana Khan getting featured on her first ever Vogue cover. The superstar said that star kids do get big launch offers in the industry. The actor added that the tag also puts a lot of responsibility on star kids to work even harder to live up to the expectations.
SRK was named as the 'Ultimate Man of the Decade' while Kangana received the 'Beauty of the Year award' at Vogue Beauty Awards 2018.
