Shah Rukh Khan recently shared a video on Twitter in which the superstar is seen doing scuba diving, under the training of Anees Adenwala, who is an expert in the field.

Apparently, the video is one-year-old and was recorded during the making of the movie "Happy New Year".

SRK shared the video link on Twitter, thanking Anees Adenwala and another person.

In the tweet, Shah Rukh mentioned it as a "breathing training" and showed his witty side as he said this training also made him learn how to keep his hair "cool" under water. "Anees Adenwala & Sanjay thanx for the breathing training & how to keep the hair cool underwater. (sic)," he tweeted.

In the short video, the "Dilwale" actor is seen practicing the art of holding his breathe under water. Shah Rukh also styles his hair while being under water.

Shah Rukh had some under water scenes in "Happy New Year" and this training was imparted for the same. HNY was released last October and the film turned out to be a blockbuster.

Apart from Shah Rukh, the film also featured Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani, Vivaan Shah and Jackie Shroff in key roles.

Shah Rukh is busy shooting for his upcoming movie "Dilwale" in Hyderabad. Directed by Rohit Shetty, "Dilwale" also features Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. The film is slated to be released on 18 December.
