Bollywood badshah Shah Rukh Khan has been missing from Twitter for over four months. And now it seems that the actor is back on the micro blogging site.

The 47-year-old actor recently re-tweeted a tweet from his "Chennai Express" co-star Deepika Padukone about the completion of the film.

"Finished shooting for 'Chennai Express'. Expressed my love to the director and SRK... Rohit Shetty style on the last day!" Deepika tweeted on Saturday, which was re-tweeted by SRK.

The actress also posted a funny behind-the-scenes video of the last day on the sets of "Chennai Express" with the team, SRK and director and Rohit Shetty.

Earlier in March, it was reported that the actor who has a massive fan following of over 4.25 million, has apparently stopped posting tweets or interacting with fans on Twitter.

The actor stopped tweeting because of some abusive comments he received on the micro blogging site after his article "Being a Khan", which was published in a prominent magazine, created controversy in January.

"Sad,i read so much judgements, jingoism, religious intolerance on the net & i use to think, this platform wl change narrowmindedness, but no!" he last tweeted on 9 January.

"Shah Rukh is distraught with the negative energy on Twitter. The abuses and the vicious attacks on him after every tweet have made him very cynical about the medium," SRK's friend said.

However, after finishing the shooting of his upcoming film "Chennai Express", the actor is back on Twitter.
