Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, who reunited at the former's sister Arpita's sangeet ceremony on 16 November, reportedly gave a sleepless night to Aamir Khan.
Aamir Khan was on his way to attend Arpita Khan's wedding in Hyderabad, when he spoke about the sleepless night.
"I got to know about the patch-up. In fact they didn't let me sleep the entire night. Around 1:30 am they first called me and informed about it, then around 2:30 am we did a face-time call. So this went around till early morning and they kept me awake," The Times of India quoted him as saying.
After getting a secret invitation from Salman's sister Arpita, Shah Rukh Khan attended her sangeet ceremony on Sunday. The "Kick" star was all excited over the surprise visit of the "Happy New Year" star. He personally took care of him on the occasion. In the end, both were seen kissing Arpita and blessing her during the occasion.
Meanwhile, the photo featuring the scene has gone viral on social network. Shared by Arpita on her Facebook page, fans of both the stars kept sharing the photo on social media, probably relieved with the latest development between the warring Khans. Many in B-Town feel that the reunion of the superstars is likely to put an end to the fight between the Khans' fans.
However, Salman Khan's sister Arpita tied the knot with Ayush Sharma at a grand wedding ceremony held at Taj Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad on Tuesday night, 18 November. Aamir Khan attended the ceremony, along with wife Kiran Rao and son Azad.
Mr Perfectionist was seen sporting a white kurta and a golden pagdi on the occasion. During the cocktail party, he posed with Arpita Khan, director Kabir Khan, producer Karan Johar and actress Katrina Kaif.
