Anushka Shetty's "Rudramadevi" (also spelt as Rudhramadevi) continued its dream at the worldwide box office in its third week and is on course to reach the Rs 100-crore mark (gross).

But the screen count of "Rudramadevi" was further reduced by Varun Tej's "Kanche" after "Bruce Lee - The Fighter". Despite clashing with both the movies, the Gunasekhar-directed historical film barely managed to hold on, with its third week collections plunging by 80% compared to its business in its opening weekend.

The Telugu version of "Rudramadevi" has grossed about Rs 63.12 crore at the worldwide box office in 17 days. This version has been successful in fetching Rs 41.47 crore to its distributors, who have shelled out a hefty sum of Rs 42.40 crore for its theatrical rights.

Pallavi Pictures had bought the theatrical and satellite rights of its Malayalam version for Rs 1.40 crore. "Rudramadevi" has grossed Rs 4.25 crore at the Kerala box office in 17 days. It has returned Rs 1.75 crore to its distributors, who have earned a decent profit share on their investment.

Abhishek Pictures and Reliance Entertainment had acquired the theatrical rights of the Hindi version of "Rudramadevi" for Rs 5 crore. This version has grossed Rs 5.10 crore at the box office in 17 days. It has fetched a share of Rs 1.50 crore to the distributors, who are likely to suffer loss.

The Thenandal Films had bagged the distribution and satellite rights of the Tamil version of "Rudramadevi" for Rs 10 crore. This version was released in theatres a week late and has grossed Rs 9.30 crore at the worldwide box office in 10 days. Its distributors share stands at Rs 4.05 crore.

All the four versions of "Rudramadevi" have grossed Rs 81.77 crore at the worldwide box office in 17 days. The movie is expected to cross the Rs 100-crore mark by the end of its fourth week. The film has fetched Rs 48.42 crore to its distributors, translating into 95% of their investments being recovered.
