Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has shared a funny meme showing Kattappa killing Baahubali and denied the view that he is set to spoil the true story of late legendary actor NT Rama Rao on Lakshmi's NTR.
It is well-known that Nandamuri Balakrishna, who is bankrolling NTR's biopic, had initially roped in Ram Gopal Varma to direct him in the biographical movie on the life of his father. But he dropped him from this project after he was impressed with the latter's script. Upset RGV announced to do another biopic on the life of legendary actor and it will be based on the book written by NTR's wife Lakshmi Parvathi.
This irked the members and fans of Nandamuri family and some TDP leaders, who said that he will project late NTR in a bad light if he does a movie on Lakshmi Parvathi. But as he started its pre-production works, Ram Gopal Varma explained what his movie titled Lakshmi's NTR will showcase. But the fans have continued to troll him and take digs at the director through funny memes.
Ram Gopal Varma has started the production of Lakshmi's NTR and he announced today that he would release the first look a song from the movie on Friday. The filmmaker tweeted, "The first look of వెన్ను పోటు Song from Lakshmi's NTR will release on December 21st at 4 PM"
Hours later, Ram Gopal Varma shared a viral picture of Kattappa killing Baahubali. Following this, he wrote, "This mischievous false image is going viral..I am actually making a truthful story in #Lakshmi'sNTR First Look Vennu Potu song will be out on 21st at 4 pm"
