Konami has released its latest patch 1.02 for PES 2016, as promised. The update promises to fix issues and bugs.

Also, the patch adds updated rosters to PES 2016, something that fans have wanted Konami to do. The additions include new boots, faces, ball and teams.

Patch 1.02 will bring in updated kits and gears for several clubs and leagues. It also brings new gameplay tweaks. The new patch has dropped down for PS4 and reportedly yet to come on PC and Xbox One.

As noted earlier, roster update will affect all teams and additional ones include Galatasaray, APOEL, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Panathinaikos, Qarabag, HJK and Partizan Belgrade.

Below is the changelog, courtesy Attack of the Fanboy:

  • When a player is undergoing treatment for injury Become a Legend mode, the speed of the game can not be changed with the L1 or R1 buttons.
  • While you are playing in competition myClub, players on the bench are not shown in the Squad Management.
  • When Pass Support Level is turned OFF, the low cross can not be executed by pressing circle twice.

Meanwhile, Konami has apologised it has missed out the transfers on Data Pack 1. It promised players that the Data Pack 1 will be featuring the updated rosters and teams.

However a report in IBTimes UK noted that Konami had missed out on certain transfers which had to be updated, especially Anthony Martial's move from Monaco to Manchester United. Emmanuel Adebayor and Aaron Lennon are still shown to be in Spurs despite their recent moves. Adebayor has been released from his contract and is a free agent, while Lennon has moved to Everton. Fabio Borini is still seen in Liverpool even though he has moved to Sunderland.
