While "Furious 7" is the last of the film's franchisee to be released featuring Paul Walker, his brothers Caleb and Cody also chipped in for the post-production work to honour Walker's memory.

Now, Hollywood Reporter reports one of the brothers seems to have been "bitten by the acting bug".

Walker's youngest brother Cody, 26, is in talks with Walker's manager Matt Luber, who works for Luber Rocklin Entertainment, apart from other talent agencies for a likely foray into acting.

Cody has no prior professional experience in the field of acting and before his brother's untimely demise, he had no intention of taking the starry path. But now Cody plans to take up roles in films and television, and take his brother's legacy further "beyond the Universal drag-racing franchisee" reports the publication. At this stage, it is not clear whether he would have any role in any future instalments of the "Fast and Furious" series.

Cody will be attending the Los Angeles premiere of the film on Wednesday night. Both Caleb and Cody had to be a body-double for his brother's role in the movie; huge efforts were made by CGI artist Peter Jackson's WETA effects house to complete the process. The movie is expected to be a box office hit.

In addition to pursing acting, Cody also is the brand manager of his late brother's foundation "Reach Out Worldwide", which helps emergency responders get reach disaster-stricken areas. Paul Walker died in a car crash on 30 November, 2013.
