Chinese consumer electronics major Oppo launched a new handset dubbed Mirror 5 in India on Monday, 10 August. The feature-rich mid-range model was originally unveiled first in China last month.

OPPO Mirror 5 is not simply a device built with appearance and performance in mind, its goal is to bring a spark of creativity to life," said Tom Lu, CEO, OPPO Mobile India.
The main USP of Oppo Mirror 5 is that it sports a diamond-like reflective surface. It is said to be designed with individual cut-glass segments consisting of different reflective properties.
It also boasts of a bi-metal chassis around the edges to provide a sturdy structure to withstand accidental drop.
Under the hood, it houses 64-bit class Snapdragon 410 SoC (System on Chip) backed by Android 5.1 Lollipop (with ColorOS 2.1 UI), 2GB RAM, 16 GB inbuilt memory and a 2,420 mAh battery.
On camera front, it features a 8mp snapper on the back with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and a 5mp camera on the front.
Oppo Mirror 5 Price and Release Details:
Oppo Mirror 5 will made be available in White and Blue colour options within this week across India for ₹15,990.
The new Oppo Mirror will compete against popular Zenfone 2 Deluxe, Selfie, Laser series, Xiaomi Mi4i, Xolo Black, Android One series Lava Pixel V1, ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini and others.
