Ajith, who has been busy with his upcoming film "Yennai Arindhaal", will not be taking a break after the release of the film. Instead, he will be starting his 56th movie soon after wrapping up the Gautham Menon directorial flick.

The latest buzz is that "Yennai Arindhaal" is almost complete and the actor will start his next project straight away. The flick, which is presently called "Thala 56" by audience and media, will begin in February 2015.

The upcoming movie is directed by Siruthai Siva, who has earlier worked with Ajith in "Veeram". The movie will be produced by AM Rathnam, which will be his third consecutive movie with Ajith after "Arrambam" and "Yennai Arindhaal".

Trusted sources reveal that the shooting will commence on 5 February, which does not come as a surprise understanding the 'Thursday sentiment' of producer AM Rathnam.

In the mean time, director Siruthai Siva is done with scripting the film and the hunt for the suitable heroine is on. It was earlier reported that Tamannah Bhatia would play the female lead in Ajith starrer movie as she remains director Siruthai Siva's favourite heroine.

However, nothing has been finalised yet and a formal announcement is expected to be made soon.

Ajith is presently getting ready for "Yennai Arindhaal". The movie directed by Gautham Menon will release on 29 January. It was supposed to hit the screens for Pongal. But it has been postponed following the delay in the completion of the post-production works.
