The announcement of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) board results has brought huge relief to the students dealing with exam fever. Along with many teenagers who passed it with flying colours, some of the popular television actors who appeared for the SSC board examination too excelled in it.

According to a Tellychakkar.com report, Dev Joshi, who plays the lead role of Baalveer on SAB TV's "Baal Veer" scored 75 percent in SSC board exams. "Dev has scored 75 percent in his SSC board exams and he will opt for Science stream," Dev's father Dushyant said.

Another TV star who had appeared for the Class 10 exam is Nidhi Bhanushali aka Sonu of SAB TV's "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah." Nidhi scored 83 percent and wishes to take up Arts stream. "Nidhi has passed with first class with a score of 83 percent. She will continue with acting and wishes to take up Arts in her future academics," Nidhi's mother Pushpa told the web-portal.

The Maharashtra SSC results were announced on Monday, June 6, while the Gujarat board Class 10 results were declared on May 24.

Besides being talented actors, the young TV stars have proved to be equally good in their studies. Last year, "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah" actors Bhavya Gandhi aka Tapu, Kush Shah aka Goli had scored high in the Maharashtra board's Class 12 examination. Digangana Suryavanshi and "Taare Zameen Par" actor Darsheel Safary, who had appeared for the Class 12 board exam last year, had passed with flying colours as well.
