Nicki Minaj had to deal with an embarrassing moment during her appearance on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" on Wednesday when she accidentally flashed her nipple.

Minaj suffered the wardrobe malfunction in less than a minute into her appearance, and from the looks of things even show host Andy Cohen was unaware of the accident.

But eagle-eyed viewers had already noticed the nip-slip, and they immediately lit up Twitter with comments asking Minaj to control her twin assets.

"Nicki Minaj needs to get her nipple under control on #WWHL," one Twitter user wrote, while another added that Minaj should get a better-fitting outfit the next time.

Minaj is not new to nip-slips, and she quickly adjusted her bustier top to cover up. But in an ironic turn of events, the main topic of discussion on the show was Minaj's previous wardrobe malfunctions – a nip slip on Good Morning America in 2011, and her recent unzipped dress at MTV Video Music Awards.

When a caller asked which was worse, Minaj said that the GMA nip-slip was the most humiliating one "because the dress malfunction didn't show anything."

Cohen then quizzed her about her reaction at the VMAs when she realised her dress would not zip up.

"I was very panicked," the singer said. "I contemplated not going out at all but then I would let Jessie and Arie down, and I didn't want to do that on their moment. I just felt like I wanted to crawl under a freaking rock. When you're in a situation like that you think everyone can see the panic on your face, but people said I was smiling."

Of late, Minaj has been embracing a more demure fashion sense, especially after being named the new face of fashion house Roberto Cavalli. Several photographs from Roberto Cavalli's spring/summer 2015 campaign show the "Anaconda" hitmaker in a range of elegant outfits mostly in animal and floral prints.
