New Ford EcoSport facelift starts arriving at dealerships, spotted in Golden Bronze; price, features [PHOTOS]

Ford India announced the launch of its new updated EcoSport in the country on Wednesday, 7 October, and now a new set of images of the facelifted avatar of SUV, which was taken at a dealership, have emerged hinting that the model has started arriving at the dealerships.

The folks at Team BHP have shared the images of the new Ford EcoSport, which is seen donning the new paint shade, Golden Bronze. As we already know, the new avatar of EcoSport remains the same as the current model visually except for the minor tweaks.

Launched at Rs 6.79 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), the new EcoSport gets ABS and EBD as standard across all variants, save for the base variant Ambiente. Now available in eight body shades, including the new colour Golden Bronze, the new EcoSport also has an additional variant -- Trend+. The company has also extended the availability of the popular EcoBoost engine to the mid-variant Trend+.

Under the hood, the new EcoSport facelift gets 1.5-liter TDCi diesel engine, which is retuned to dish out 99bhp of power. The 1.5-liter Ti-VCT petrol and the 1.0-liter EcoBoost petrol engines will continue as it is.
