Motorola Mobility on Thursday (8 October) officially launched the company's flagship, Moto X Style, in India.

The company confirmed that the new Moto X Style pre-order will go live on Flipkart on 14 October. It will be available in 16GB and 32GB variants for Rs. 29,999 and Rs. 31,999, respectively.

Prospective Moto X Style buyers who book the device between 14 and 20 October will stand a chance to win Rs 1,000 worth Flipkart e-gift voucher and other goodies.

The new Motorola Moto X Style sports a 5.7-inch QHD display and ships with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box. It is guaranteed to get the new v6.0 Marshmallow update soon.

Under the hood, it houses Snapdragon 808 Hexa-core processor backed by 3GB RAM, 16GB/32GB inbuilt storage and a 3000 mAh battery.

It also boasts of top-of-the-line camera. The device features a 21MP camera with dual-LED based Color Correlated Temperature (CCT) flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF (Phase Detection Auto-Focus), 4K video recording and on the front, houses 5mp wide-angle snapper.

Competition:

The new Moto X Style will be up against the OnePlus 2, newly launched , Huawei Honor 7, Gionee Elife E8 and the soon-to-be-released Google LG Nexus 5X.
