Moto G5S leak
Moto G5S flaunting multiple colours appears in leaked imagesAndroid Authority

Freshly leaked images of Moto G5S have surfaced online, depicting the various launch colours for the forthcoming flagship phone. The leak has been credited to prolific tipster, Evan Blass, who is said to have posted a presentation slide on Twitter showcasing the two new models, Moto G5S and Moto G5S Plus.

One glance at the leaked images from Android Authority suggests that the Moto G5S would be available in blue, grey, and gold colour options with a full unibody metal design. Among other key design elements, one cannot miss the predominant menu key on the front (probably integrated with fingerprint scanner), Moto logo with dimple effect on the back panel and a rear camera design that resembles the ones on existing G5/G5 Plus models.

There is no update on any specifications of the handset, although an earlier leak suggested that the Moto G5S will feature a 5.2in display with full HD support. The previous leak also suggested that the G5S was part of a line-up which would also include another model, the Moto G5S Plus with 5.5in screen.

Now, the newly leaked images do confirm earlier speculation that the Moto G5S would indeed flaunt a unibody metal design. It must be noted that the G5S models will be marketed at a slightly premium level than the regular Moto G5 and G5 Plus, despite being sold as budget smartphones.

As most of the leaked specs are in line with earlier rumours, the latest leak gains credence. Meanwhile, those who are looking to buy a Moto smartphone in the premium segment should definitely check out the Moto Z2 Play that was recently leaked via TENAA.
