The Miss India Universe 2016 or Miss Diva 2016 beauty pageant is back and this year too 16 contestants will compete to win the crown. The 16 contestants of the beauty pageant Miss Diva 2016 were revealed on July 31 in Mumbai.
Miss Diva Universe is in the fourth edition of the Miss India beauty pageant. The winner of Miss Diva Universe will represent India at the Miss Universe 2016 platform, which will be held on Jan. 30, 2017 in the Philippines.
The event will be held as a TV series for a week and Bollywood actress Lara Dutta, who was the Miss Universe 2000, will mentor the 16 contestants throughout the series. The contestants will perform the tasks given by celebrity judges and will be judged on the same.

After one week of performing the specific tasks, one of the contestants will be announced as the winner of Miss Diva 2016. Last year's winner Urvashi Rautela will crown the winner of Miss Diva 2016.
While Urvashi was crowned the winner last year, Natasha Assadi was the first runner-up and Naveli Deshmukh was crowned the second runner-up.
