Urvashi Rautela has created history by winning the Miss Diva 2015 crown. Urvashi, who is a Bollywood actress and model, was crowned the winner of the Miss Universe India title in 2012, but was later replaced because she didn't meet the age requirement.
Urvashi took to Twitter to announce that she has won the Miss Diva 2015 title.
"first official day as #MissUniverseIndia2015 ! I'm back cuz of the promise I made to my lovely fans 3 years ago," she tweeted with a photo of her wearing the crown.
The grand finale of the third edition of the Miss Diva beauty pageant was aired on Saturday night on Romedy Now.
The 21-year-old Bollywood actress won the crown in the glittering ceremony, beating 15 other contestants from across the country.
The first runner-up was Natasha Assadi, while Naveli Deshmukh was crowned as the second runner-up.
The contestants were judged on various parameters, including fitness, intelligence and tech knowledge. While some contestants managed to score well, some contestants failed to complete the task and thus were eliminated from the show.
The grand finale was judged by actress Kangana Ranaut, designer duo Shantanu and Nikhil, actor Irrfan Khan, diector Vikash Bahl and actress Lara Dutta.
For the grand finale, Bollywood celebrities including Irrfan, Kangana, Zoya Afroz and Elli Avram among others were present. VJ Cyrus Sahukar hosted the finale night.
The finalists walked the ramp in Gavin Miguel's exquisite collection — a sheer geometry design which is edgy, sharp and shapes the body accurately, according to The Times of India.
