A biopic of Michael Jackson, which is based on the best-selling book, Remember the Time: Protecting Micheal Jackson in His Final Days, was premiered on Lifetime Network yesterday. The movie reveals the many shades of Michael — from being a good father to a scandal-plagued celebrity. Jackson's role is played by Navi, an impersonator of the pop star. It is said that Jackson even used him as a stand-in on several occasions.

However, the biopic makes an interesting start since Jackson returned from Bahrain and decided to settle in Las Vegas and ends with his death in June 2009. It also shows his three children Paris, Prince, and Blanket.

Here are some of the secrets revealed in the two-hour movie that aired on Lifetime network.

  • Jackson used to put a mask on his children's faces to hide their identity in public and he turned it into a game called 'dress up', so they could easily believe him.
  • He once had to pay $75,000 to a photographer, who clicked his son Blanket with Javon tracking him down. Although his then-assistant Feldman destroyed the photo, he was still fired by Jackson (according to Bill).
  • Jackson used to carry around the Oscar statue for Gone With the Wind and a briefcase of $200,000 and passports (for emergency purpose).
  • According to his bodyguard Bill, the popstar adored his fans very much and had his fan mails delivered to him.
  • Bill also revealed that Jackson used to bring his own hot sauce and spray butter into the movies for his popcorn.
  • He did not celebrate Christmas as he was a Jehovah's witness. However, he would still allow his children to celebrate.
  • While he was in serious debt, he could not even pay his guards for months. Despite the fact, they did not leave their job and felt protective to their client.
  • Jackson's bodyguards Bill and Javon were not supposed to reveal their job details to anybody (who they worked for) and their personal relationship got affected because of this.
