If emerging reports on the web are anything to go by, Maruti Suzuki the country's largest car maker is reportedly inspecting the oil filters of its Dzire, Ciaz and the Celerio models in India.

DriveSpark claims that Maruti Suzuki is taking back the petrol variants of its sedan models Ciaz and Dzire, along with the hatchback Celerio to check the issue with its oil filters. The report also noted that Maruti's Ertiga could also be in the affected list of models. However, the company has not released any official statement yet regarding the same.

Maruti is said to be contacting the owners of the vehicles, which have been affected and apparently also sending authorised personnel to customers' addresses to carry out the inspection. If the cars are found to be in the batch of damaged ones; the company will be replacing it free of cost.
