Katrina Kaif to romance Mahesh Babu in Sukumar's next movie?

Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif is rumoured to be making her comeback to the Telugu film industry and romance superstar Mahesh Babu in her third Tollywood movie to be directed by Sukumar.

Katrina Kaif had made her acting debut with Hindi movie Boom in 2003. Her second film Malliswari, which hit the screens on February 18, 2004, had marked her entry into Tollywood. She had played Venkatesh's love interest. She also played the female lead opposite Nandamuri Balakrishna in his 2005 film Allari Pidugu.

Katrina Kaif then got a big break in Bollywood and was flooded with offers. In recent years, she was linked with some Tollywood projects but none of them turned true. If we are to go by the buzz on social media, the B-Town actress is returning to the Telugu film industry with Sukumar's next movie.

It is known that Sukumar is teaming up with Mahesh Babu again after 1: Nenokkadine. He has a few names in his mind and Katrina Kaif is the first choice for the female lead in his upcoming movie. He is currently busy with the scripting process. Once he is done with it, he would approach the Bollywood actress, according to the buzz in the social media.

Katrina Kaif had earlier said that she has watched all the movies of Mahesh Babu and was impressed with his performance. She had also evinced her interest in working with Prince.

If Sukumar approaches her with an offer, she might accept it as she currently has no other project in her kitty except Salman Khan's Bharat.

Last year, a Tamil standup comedian named Manoj Prabhakar has mocked Mahesh Babu and Katrina Kaif for their expressionless faces. He had said that SJ Surya is doing the magic of the hero in Spyder while Mahesh acted without expression. Bollywood star Katrina Kaif is also not good at acting and has an expressionless face. It was said that Mahesh can be considered as the male version of Katrina Kaif.
