Stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma has apparently become the most followed Indian TV celebrity on photo-sharing platform Instagram. Host of The Kapil Sharma Show, the ace comedian now has four million followers on Instagram that apparently is the highest for any television star in India.
After coming to limelight with Comedy Nights with Kapil, the comedian now appears on Sony TV with the show titled The Kapil Sharma Show.
While Kapil has four million followers on Instagram, other TV celebrities on the league are far behind the comedian in terms of followers.
Mouni Roy and Shaheer Sheikh are among the other most followed TV celebs on Instagram. While Mouni holds 1.6 million followers, Shaheer has 1.4 million followers. Others to follow in the list are Rannvijay Singh (one million), Karan Kundra (935k), Prince Narula (795k) and Arjun Bijlani (741k), among others.
The Kapil Sharma Show has become one of the most TRP generating shows on TV. Kapil's popularity has been going far and wide with each passing day and the number of his Instagram followers suggests the same.
