Wonder Woman's massive success has pumped in some fresh air into the Warner Bros/DC camp. The positive reviews and box office collections have finally set the ball rolling for the studios.

The studios will do everything they can to keep the momentum going as they gear for Justice League's release. The film is in the post-production stage and it appears like fans will not get to see Zack Snyder's actual version of the film. New Justice League director Joss Whedon will have a big hand as well.

It has been reported that Whedon is on board with new scenes and he is in-charge to prefect the November release. A series of reports have been suggesting that the scenes Whedon will be reshooting are "significant". This news is obviously not going down well with fans.

According to a report by Batman News, Justice League reshoots have already begun in London and substantial additional scenes are being shot. Superman Henry Cavill teased the reshoot as he posted a picture in his superhero suit.

While this is a cause of worry, DC fans should also remember that Whedon was brought on board keeping the changes and additional scenes in mind. When Snyder's unfortunate exit made headlines, it was also revealed that Snyder brought Whedon on board to rewrite a couple of scenes.

Since Snyder was not in a state to do the project all by himself, the London reshoots were handed over to Whedon.

"The directing is minimal and it has to adhere to the style and tone and the template that Zack set. We're not introducing any new characters. It's the same characters in some new scenes. He's handing a baton to Joss but the course has really been set by Zack," Warner Bros. Pictures president Toby Emmerich told at the time of Snyder's exit.

No matter how much Whedon contributes to the film, fans need to understand that it will be Snyder's movie. Whedon will be reshooting scenes only to match the complete tone and flow of the story.

The reshoots will take place through the summer since the cast of Justice League are at different places, completing different projects. Jason Momoa and Amber Heard are in Australia shooting Aquaman, Gal Gadot wrapping Wonder Woman, Cavill busy with Mission Impossible, etc.

The whole team will reunite starting this October to promote the movie. Justice League is slated to release on November 17.
