ITA Awards 2016 winners list: Rubina Dilaik, Mouni Roy, Shabir Ahluwalia and others win big

Indian Television Academy (ITA) Awards is one of the most awaited annual TV awards that honours talents from the telly world. The 16^th edition of ITA Awards was held in Mumbai on Sunday, November 13, and saw the presence of several biggies from the television industry.

It was a star-studded affair and some of the viewers' favourite stars took to the stage and mesmerised the audiences with their sizzling performances. Naagin 2 lead pair Karanbir Bohra and Mouni Roy and Swaragini on-screen couple Helly Shah and Varun Kapoor were among the celebs who set the stage on fire.

According to a Bollywood Life report, Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki grabbed the maximum awards (Best actress, Best serial and Best story) at the award ceremony while Naagin bagged two awards. Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, Karan Patel, Anil Kapoor and Shabbir Ahluwalia also received trophies.

Rubina Dilaik walked home with the Best Actress award for her portrayal of transgender Soumya in Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, while Mouni bagged the Best Actress award in the popular category.

Elated to win the trophies, some of the celebs took to their social media accounts to express gratitude to their fans.
