The Victoria's Secret star wore a sparkling yellow gown with a daring thigh-high slight. She paired it with strappy silver heels and two rings. The sheer figure-hugging outfit with a plunging neckline left little to the imagination as she posed for photos.
The 31-year-old Russian beauty kept her tresses open with a side parting and she looked picture perfect when the loose waves fell past her shoulders. She completed her looks with subtle make-up when she attended the premiere of Hiraki in the French Riveria.

Two days back, the brunette beauty had teased about her red carpet arrival in Cannes on the photo-sharing platform. "Can't wait to join my @lorealmakeup family again in #Cannes!" she wrote.
Shayk and actor Bradley Cooper welcomed their first child on March 21 and she is named Lea de Seine Shayk Cooper. The couple is yet to make an official announcement about their daughter's arrival and has been very private about it.
