Indrajith Sukumaran announces his next Naragasooran with Karthik Naren, Gautham Menon

Karthik Naren is just one-movie old, but his debut directorial venture Dhruvangal Pathinaaru aka D16 proves how talented the 23-year-old is. Though the movie was not promoted well initially, Rahman and Ashwin Kumar-starrer opened to tremendous response from the audience for being an engaging thriller, and was packed with houseful shows in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka.

Now, the filmmaker is all set to enthral the cine-goers with his next project, titled Naragasooran, to be produced by hitmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon. Through the latest Facebook post, Malayalam actor Indrajith Sukumaran has announced that he will also be playing a significant character in the movie, which also stars Arvind Swamy in a major role. He has also hinted about the presence of another prominent artiste in the Karthik-directorial without revealing the actor's identity.

Karthik has also welcomed the talented actor onboard Naragasooran, which is being bankrolled under the banner of Ondraga Entertainment. "Extremely happy to share that the highly talented @Indrajith_S sir is onboard #Naragasooran in a pivotal role. More updates soon :)," the director tweeted.

Meanwhile, Indrajith is awaiting the release of his Malayalam movie Lakshyam, which has been slated to hit the screens on May 6. Scripted by Jeethu Joseph, the emotional thriller is being directed by Anzar Khan, and also stars Biju Menon and Sshivada Nair in main roles. The much awaited movie Tiyaan, which also stars his younger brother Prithviraj Sukumaran will also be released this year.
