FC Goa finished the regular league season of the Indian Super League season 2 atop the table, thus also proclaiming their progress to the playoffs.

ISL defending champions Atletico de Kolkata, Chennaiyin FC, and Delhi Dynamos remain the other teams.

Here are all the results from the 56 matches of the ISL 2015 league phase:

Match 1 – Chennaiyin FC 2-3 Atletico de Kolkata

The inaugural match of the ISL 2015 was quite a spectacle as the defending champions got past the league leaders from last season in a five-goal thriller.

ATK marquee player Helder Postiga scored a brace in the match, but a hamstring knock moments after his second goal, has now sidelined him for at least a month. Valdo was the other scorer for the away side, while Jeje Lalpekhlua scored the first goal for Chennaiyin FC, and also became the first Indian to score in the ISL this year.

Chennaiyin marquee player Elano also got on the scoresheet after converting a penalty in the second half.

Match 2 – FC Goa 2-0 Delhi Dynamos

The home side made a flying start to their ISL campaign in the first Sunday game of the year, as Mandar Rao Dessai and Reinaldo gave them a vital 2-0 lead in the first half.

The second half saw Delhi Dynamos marquee player-manager and Brazil legend Roberto Carlos take the field, and also display his moment of magic in the end, as he delivered a powerful freekick from just outside the box.

Match 3 – FC Pune City 3-1 Mumbai City FC

Turkey veteran Tuncay Sanli scored a brace for the home side at the Balewadi Sports Complex in Pune, as he guided the home side to a spectacular win at the first Maharashtra Derby of the ISL season 2. Indian winger Israil Gurung was the other scorer for the home side on the night.

For Mumbai, former West Ham striker Frederic Piquionne scored the only goal.

Match 4 – Kerala Blasters 3-1 NorthEast United FC

The match had a terrific atmosphere even before the start as fans in huge numbers made their way to the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi. The official attendance of the game stood at over 60,000.

Josu Currias opened the scoring for the home side, and the lead was soon doubled by Indian striker Mohammed Rafi in the second half. Former Arsenal striker Sanchez Watt also slotted one home to make the night even more memorable for the home side.

For the away side, Argentine striker Nico Velez scored a stunner, but that was not enough for them to eke out a win or a draw on the night.

Match 5 – FC Goa 1-1 Atletico de Kolkata

The defending champions opened the scoring after Japan-born Indian midfielder Arata Izumi netted for the away side in the 15th minute of the first half.

It looked like Kolkata were set for another win, but a goal from 23-year-old Indian defender Keenan Almeida late in the 81st minute made sure that the two sides would share the spoils.

Match 6 – Delhi Dynamos 1-0 Chennaiyin FC

The league leaders of last year slumped to their second defeat on the trot this season as they lost by a solitary goal to Delhi Dynamos. Chicao's goal from the spot in the 6th minute remained the only goal of the game.

The match was a bit cagey, but the win surely gave Roberto Carlos a boost.

Match 7 – FC Pune City 1-0 NorthEast United FC

Pune recorded their second consecutive win this season and went to the top of the table. The only goal of the match for Pune turned out to be an own goal as it came through NorthEast United FC defender Zohmingliana Ralte in the 73rd minute.

Having said that, the away side did not give up hope in the remainder of the game and created a lot of chances. However, the Pune defence, marshalled by Roger Johnson, stood string until the end of the match to keep a clean sheet.

Match 8 – Kerala Blasters 0-0 Mumbai City FC

The away side prevented a second loss in the ISL this year, as they showcased a solid performance. With renewed vigour following the loss in their last match, the Mumbai attack, spearheaded by Sony Norde, Gabriel Fernandes, and Subhash Singh troubled the Blasters defence, without scoring.

Match 9 – FC Goa 0-4 Chennaiyin FC

Goa wanted to give their fans another reason to cheer on their second Sunday, but they were not prepared for a heavy defeat like this. Colombian forward Stiven Mendoza stole hearts with his performance, as he also recorded the first hat-trick of the ISL season 2.

The 23-year-old opened the goalscoring proceedings for the away side in the 10th minute, and marquee player Elano made it 2-0 to Chennai just before the halftime.

In the second half, Mendoza took the spotlight again as he scored twice in 12 minutes to give the away side a commanding first win of the tournament.

Match 10 - Atletico de Kolkata 2-1 Kerala Blasters 

In the presence of football legend Pele, the ISL champions dished out a power-packed performance to record yet another win over their opponents in a repeat of the last year's final. Arata Izumi and Javi Lara remained the men of the moment for the home side, while Chris Dagnall showed some late hope for the away side -- which unfortunately remained futile.

Atletico de Kolkata recorded their second win of the season and also moved to the top of the table, with seven points from three games.

Match 11 - FC Pune City 1-2 Delhi Dynamos

Fresh from his national team committments, Robin Singh featured in his first ISL game for Delhi Dynamos and also scored the opener of the game. And the rest of the match turned out to be an edgy battle, but the ending changed it all.

Richard Gadze doubled Delhi's lead in the 90th minute, and just moments later, Kalu Uche pulled one back for the home side. But it was too late for FC Pune to earn a point from the game.

Match 12 - NorthEast United FC 1-3 FC Goa

This was the first game of the ISL season 2 at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati, and the home side were banking on this advantage to record their first win, but it exactly didn't turn out that way.

The home side may have got the opener from Francis Dadzie, but Goa fought back with goals from Jonatan Lucca and Reinaldo in quick succession. Indian midfielder Mandar Rao Desai decorated the icing on the cake for the visitors in the second half.

Match 13 - Mumbai City FC 0-2 Chennaiyin FC

Stiven Mendoza continued his tremendous performance in the ISL this season as he got on the scoresheet for his side, not once, but on two occasions, as he helped his side gain their second straight win this season.

The Colombian forward also became the highest goalscorer at the moment in the tournament with five goals from four games.

Match 14 - FC Pune City 1-0 Atletico de Kolkata

Indian sensational winger Jackichand Singh's fastest goal in the ISL this season handed Atletico de Kolkata their first loss this year. The lightining-speed winger capitalised on a loose header from a Kolkata defender to slot home in the second minute of play to help FC Pune City reach the top of the table.

Match 15 - Kerala Blasters 0-1 Delhi Dynamos

The last year's finalists suffered their first home loss of the season as Delhi Dynamos put on a stunning display to eke out a solitary goal win and also the crucial three points, to go joint-top in the ISL table.

Richard Gadze's late goal -- which was backed by a superb individual display moments back -- remained the only goal of the match.

Match 16 - NorthEast United FC 2-0 Chennaiyin FC

The home side bagged their first win of the ISL this season, as Simao Sabrosa converted a penalty in his maiden appearance late in the game, and Nico Velez decorated the icing on the cake as his late finisher earned NorthEast United FC all the three points and also a clean sheet.

The ISL side also moved a place up in the table following the win.

Match 17 - Mumbai City FC 2-0 Delhi Dynamos

Sunil Chhetri got his first ISL goal, as well as a brace, as the home side also earned their first win in the ISL this season, and moved out of the bottom of the table.

Match 18 - FC Goa 2-1 Kerala Blasters

Mohd Rafi gave the visitors the lead in the first half, but Leo Moura scored the equaliser just before the break. The matters got worse for Kerala Blasters late in the second half as Gregory Arnolin got the second and the winning goal for FC Goa.

Kerala Blasters slumped to three defeats on the trot, while FC Goa moved to the top of the table.

Match 19 - NorthEast United FC 1-0 Atletico de Kolkata

The ISL champions received their second defeat on the trot this season as a high-flying NorthEast United FC kept on their momentum to record a second win in a row.

Nico Velez finally got the hang of scoring the goals -- as he now scored two times in two games -- and helped his side gain six points from two games. They are now sixth in the table.

Match 20 - Chennaiyin FC 2-1 FC Pune City

Bernard Mendy and Stiven Mendoza remained on the scoresheet for the home side, as they made a strong comeback once again following a defeat in the last game. Mendoza remained the highest scorer in the ISL even after this game, and his goal tally goes up to six.

In the game, Kalu Uche pulled one back for the visitors, but they ultimately could not get the job done.

Match 21 - Mumbai City FC 2-0 FC Goa

Indian football talisman Sunil Chhetri remained in the scoresheet in this game as well as he took his goal tally to three in the competition, and gave Mumbai their second win this season, to take them to the sixth position.

The other goal in the game was provided by Frederic Piquionne.

Match 22 - FC Pune City 3-2 Kerala Blasters

Kalu Uche scored a brace for the home side, while Mohammed Rafi scored a brace for the visitors -- which also included the fastest goal of the ISL. Tuncay Sanli gave FC Pune City the winning goal in the game, to take them to the top of the table once again.

Match 23 - Mumbai City FC 5-1 NorthEast United FC

The home side got the biggest victory of the season as Sunil Chhetri stole the limelight with his wonderful hat-trick, and Sony Norde and Bertin completed the proceedings with a goal each.

Boithang Haokip scored the only goal for the visitors.

Match 24 - Atletico de Kolkata 0-1 Delhi Dynamos

The match looked like it was heading for a goalless draw, but Gustavo's goal at the death spoiled the fun for the home team completely, and it was very disheartening for the ISL champions.

The visitors moved to the second spot in the table after the game.

Match 25 - FC Goa 1-1 FC Pune City

Eugeneson Lyngdoh's maiden goal in the Indian Super League helped FC Pune City come from behind to record a 1-1 draw against FC Goa at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda, Goa, on Friday evening.

An own goal from Roger Johnson just after the start of the second half gave the home side the lead, but Lyngdoh's header in the 64th minute cancelled the lead for FC Goa.

Pune stay on top with 13 points after the game while FC Goa move a place up to the third spot.

Match 26 - Kerala Blasters 1-1 Chennaiyin FC

Elano scored the opener in the game through a first half penalty, but Chris Dagnall cancelled it right at the start of the second half to make the score 1-1.

The game saw Perone given marching orders for a foul on Mendoza, and Karanjit Singh also stole the spotlight after saving Josu's penalty in the second half.

Match 27 - Mumbai City FC 1-4 Atletico de Kolkata

A sensational hat-trick from Iain Hume saw the ISL champions stop a high-flying Mumbai City FC at their home turf. Besides Hume, Borja Fernandez scored one more for the visitors.

The only consolation from the home team came from Selim Benachour.

Match 28 - Delhi Dynamos 1-1 NorthEast United FC

Marquee player Simao came off the bench to score the equaliser for his side and also helped his side earn a point after they recorded a 1-1 result against Delhi Dynamos at the JLN Stadium in the national capital.

Richard Gadze had scored the opener for the home side in the 37th minute.

Match 29 - Kerala Blasters 2-0 FC Pune City

Newly-appointed Kerala Blasters head coach Terry Phelan could not have asked for a better start to his ISL campaign. The Englishman guided his team to their second win in the Indian Super League this season on Wednesday evening.

Blasters moved up to the seventh spot after their 2-0 victory over leaders FC Pune City at the JLN Stadium in Kochi. Goals from Chris Dagnall [45'] and Sanchez Watt [60'] gave the home side the much-needed boost going ahead in the game, and also in the tournament.

Match 30 - Chennaiyin FC 0-2 FC Goa

Two penalties in the second half, from Leo Moura and Jonatan Lucca, saw the visitors win comfortably, and the three points have taken them to the top of the table once again.

And not only was the loss a bad result for the home side, Harmanjot Khabra was shown a direct red once again. He had just returned from his two-match suspension.

Match 31 - Delhi Dynamos 1-1 Mumbai City FC

It looked like Frederic Piquionne had dashed the hopes of Delhi Dynamos to record any point from the Indian Super League game against Mumbai City FC on Friday evening in the national capital, but it was hometown man Robin Singh who directed a spectacular script.

Piquionne had given the visitors the lead in the 70th minute, and the score remained 1-0 in favour of Mumbai until 90 minutes. However, Delhi Dynamos substitute Robin Singh scored in as late as the 90[+4]th minute to rescue a point for his side.

Match 32 - Atletico de Kolkata 0-1 NorthEast United FC

Marquee player Simao Sabrosa once again gave NorthEast United FC reasons to cheer on a Saturday evening as he converted from a penalty in the 9th minute to help his side record a 1-0 victory against Atletico de Kolkata at the Salt Lake Stadium in the City of Joy.

This is NorthEast United FC's third win of the season.

Match 33 - FC Pune City 2-2 FC Goa

It was going for a 2-1 win at the end for FC Goa, but FC Pune City marquee player showed what he is capable of converting the equaliser at the death, to share the points at the end of both teams.

Match 34 - Kerala Blasters 2-3 Atletico de Kolkata

This match had the stuff of classic written all over it as three goals in the last ten minutes of the game decided the game. It was 1-1 until the 80th minute of play, when Arata Izumi got the lead for the visitors once more.

Antonio German cancelled that goal the next moment itself, and it was at the death that Izumi struck once more to eke out the win for the ISL champions.

Match 35 - Chennaiyin FC 1-2 NorthEast United FC

Marquee player Elano opened the scoring for the home side on the night, that was marred by thunderstorms and lightning, but the lead from Chennai couldn't stay long, as Diomansy Kamara scored the equaliser in the first half.

In the second half, Silas converted from Kamara's pass, and helped NorthEast United FC get the much-needed fourth win of the season.

Match 36 - Mumbai City FC 0-0 FC Pune City

The second leg of the Maharashtra Derby in the Indian Super League this season remained a goalless stalemate at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on Friday evening.

Both Mumbai City FC and FC Pune City earned a point from the game, and although there wasn't less of action in the game, it has to be said that both custodians played a big role for their respective teams today.

Match 37 - Delhi Dynamos 1-1 Atletico de Kolkata

Iain Hume got the crucial opener for the visitors, but Richard Gadze cancelled the goal in the second half, to share spoils on the day.

Either side could have gone to the top of the table with a win, but that was not to be.

Match 38 - NorthEast United FC 1-4 Kerala Blasters

It was the biggest win of the away side this season as Chris Dagnall (brace), Cavin Lobo, and Antonio German remained on the scoresheet for the Kerala outfit. 

Nico Velez scored a stunner for the home side late in the match, but that couldn't help Cesar Farias' side much on the night.

Match 39 - FC Goa 7-0 Mumbai City FC

Goa dished out a memorable performance to record the biggest win of the ISL this season that saw Dudu Omagbemi and Thongkhosiem Haokip score a hat-trick. A late goal from Reinaldo as well ensured that the home team had all the spotlight on themselves after the match.

For Mumbai, it was the most forgettable night they could have asked for.

Match 40 - Atletico de Kolkata 2-1 Chennaiyin FC

It was Sameehg Doutie's moment to shine in the ISL as the South African footballer played a key role in giving ATK a much-needed win. Doutie cancelled out Raphael Augusto's strike for the away side in the first half, and also played an assist for Iain Hume for the winning goal of the match.

The champions move to the second place after the win.

Match 41 - Delhi Dynamos 3-1 FC Pune City

Roberto Carlos' side won the game 3-1 at the JLN Stadium in the national capital, and the game couldn't have been more one-sided. Florent Malouda remained the assist on two occasions, as Adil Nabi and Anas Edathodika popped in the crucial goals.

The icing on the cake was decorated by John Arne Riise through a penalty late in the game, after FC Pune City defender Govin Singh was shown a second yellow, and given marching orders.

Adrian Mutu, however, gave the much-needed twist to the game, as he pulled one back at the death for the away side.

Match 42 - NorthEast United FC 2-0 Mumbai City FC

Bruno Arias and Diomansy Kamra remained the goalscorers for the hosts in either halves, and the away side just could not make the use of the match.

NorthEast United FC moved to the fourth spot in the table after the win, and Mumbai City remained winless from five-straight games this season.

Match 43 - Chennaiyin FC 4-1 Kerala Blasters

Stiven Mendoza scored a brilliant hat-trick to notch nine goals this season and give his side a crucial win in the ISL. Dhanachandra Singh remained the other goalscorer for the home team.

For the visitors, Antonio German pulled one back late in the game, but that could not change the complexion of the match.

Match 44 - Atletico de Kolkata 4-0 FC Goa

The defending ISL champions displayed one of their best performances at home this season to record the massive victory, courtesy of goals from South African midfielder Sameehg Doutie (brace), as well as a goal each from Iain Hume and Borja Fernandez.

Zico's side could not have any chance in the game as they were completely overwhelmed by the home team on every department. ATK moved to the top spot after the win.

Match 45 - Chennaiyin FC 4-0 Delhi Dynamos

The league leaders of last year are really displaying oodles of confidence after getting the huge win against Kerala Blasters in their previous game. Indian forward Jeje Lalpekhlua scored a brace and Stiven Mendoza continued his goalscoring spree to get his tenth of the season.

Marco Materazzi's side now have a great chance to make it to the playoffs.

Match 46 - FC Goa 1-1 NorthEast United FC

Victor Mendy and Reinaldo remained the scorers of the game. NorthEast United FC move to the fourth position, while FC Goa stay in the second position after the result.

Match 47 - Mumbai City FC 1-1 Kerala Blasters

Nothing really came out of the game as both teams battled it out to get the three points, but all they could bag was a draw.

Match 48 - Atletico de Kolkata 4-1 FC Pune City

Iain Hume bagged his ninth goal of the Indian Super League this season and also his second hat-trick this term as he inspired Atletico de Kolkata to a 4-1 win against FC Pune City on Friday evening at the Salt Lake Stadium in the City of Joy.

ATK have registered three-straight wins now, and have booked their semis berth, as they moved to 23 points this season after the completion of 13 games.

Match 49 - NorthEast United FC 1-2 Delhi Dynamos

Delhi Dynamos became the second team to make it to the semifinals of the Indian Super League this season after recording a crucial 2-1 victory against NorthEast United FC at the Indira Gandhi Athletic stadium in Guwahati on Saturday.

The match was heading for a draw following goals from Robin Singh and Seityasen Singh, but star forward Gustavo dos Santos struck a late goal to give the visitors the close win.

Match 50 - Kerala Blasters 1-5 FC Goa

A hat-trick from Reinaldo and a goal-a-piece from Joffre and Mandar Rao Desai took FC Goa to the semifinals of the ISL this season, and that also ensured that the journey of Kerala Blasters came to an end this season.

The last year's finalists gave the home side a flying start as Victor Pulga scored in the 2nd minute of play, but then on, it were the visitors who dominated the proceedings.

Match 51 - Chennaiyin FC 3-0 Mumbai City FC

Mumbai City FC bowed out of the Indian Super League this season, in a fashion they would not like to remember for many upcoming seasons of the ISL. Chennaiyin FC thrashed the Maharashtra side 3-0 on a rain-soaked night in Chennai to almost-secure their progress to the playoffs this season.

Stiven Mendoza, as usual, continued his goalscoring exploits, while Indian winger Thoi Singh also notched two assists.

Match 52 - NorthEast United FC 3-2 FC Pune City

NorthEast United FC kept their hopes of qualifying to the playoffs stage of the Indian Super League alive after bagging a 3-2 victory in their final league game of the season this year in Guwahati.

Cesar Farias' men now move up to the fourth position once again with 20 points. Saturday's game between Pune and Chennai now decides whether North East do become the fourth team to make it to the semis this year.

Match 53 - Delhi Dynamos 3-3 Kerala Blasters

Kerala Blasters played for nothing but pride in their final game of the Indian Super League this season, and one can only wonder why they did not dish out a performance like today's, earlier in the competition.

Terry Phelan's side ended their season with 13 points from 14 games, as they drew 3-3 against Delhi Dynamos in the national capital on Thursday evening.

Match 54 - Atletico de Kolkata 3-2 Mumbai City FC

Atletico de Kolkata are atop the Indian Super League table right now, but they may not be after the completion of all the league matches this season. The champions couldn't get past a resurgent Mumbai City FC side at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on Friday night, as they succumbed to a 3-2 defeat.

Sony Norde scored a brace, while Sunil Chhetri also got a goal for the away side. Arata Izumi and Iain Hume provided the consolation for the home side.

Match 55 - FC Pune City 0-1 Chennaiyin FC

Chennai could have progressed to the next round anyway if they could have managed even a draw, but they bid adieu to the league phase in style. Jeje Lalpekhlua remained the solitary goalscorer of the night.

Match 56 - Delhi Dynamos 2-3 FC Goa

The last league game of the season was a complete thriller as the two teams, who will be meeting again in the two-legged semifinal this season, combined to produce a total of 5 goals in the match.

The home side were 2-0 up in the half time itself, but Romeo Fernandes inspired Goa to two-straight goals in two minutes in the second half to produce the equalisers. Joffre decorated the icing on the cake for Zico's side as he scored the winner in the death.
