The 2015 Cricket World Cup is all set to start on Saturday, with co-hosts New Zealand taking on Sri Lanka in the first game.
Like any major sporting event, the 2015 Cricket World Cup will see a lot of betting as many look to make some easy money by guessing the outcome of the tournament.
According to many popular betting platforms, co-hosts Australia are the favourites to win the competition due to them having the home advantage. South Africa are next in line followed by defending champions India, Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
England, Pakistan and West Indies are then the favourites to win the tournament ahead of the minnows Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Scotland, Zimbabwe, Ireland and the UAE, who are not expected to progress beyond the group stages.

Meanwhile, a robot in New Zealand had predicted that Afghanistan will win the 2015 cricket World Cup.
Afghanistan, who have been drawn in Pool A alongside the likes of Australia, Bangladesh, England, New Zealand, Scotland and Sri Lanka, are not expected to make it out of the group stages.
But a robot named Ikram, made by the University of Canterbury, has predicted that Afghanistan will be the champions.
Eduardo Sandoval, a student who developed the robot's prediction software, despite admitting that it is "very unlikely" that Afghanistan will win the 2015 World Cup, insists that the results in cricket are always "unexpected"
"Of course, this is very unlikely, but with cricket the outcome can always be unexpected," Eduardo Sandoval, a student who developed the robot's prediction software, told New Zealand Herald.
