Hrithik Roshan is surely one of the most sought-after actors in the Hindi film industry, but he's also a not-so-busy actor. The suave star believes in doing a project at a time, but has this idea cost him dearly?

After losing out on a few biggies, the latest buzz is that he has been replaced in Nikhil Advani's next. According to a Koimoi report, Akshay Kumar will now be seen in the director's next film, "Bazaar".

Last month, there was quite a buzz about Roshan signing the project. While Advani said he was yet to finish the script -- which was in its final stage, the star reportedly said he wasn't doing the film.

Some say the actor didn't take it up as he was worried about the filmmaker's ability to deliver a blockbuster ("Hero" and "Katti Batti" were box office disasters), others opine it was Roshan's fee that made Advani take a step back.

Apparently, he has charged a whopping amount for upcoming period drama "Mohenjo Daro".

Now, the question is if Roshan is losing out on projects because of his dedication towards the Ashutosh Gowariker directorial?

Interestingly, the details that have emerged hint at an epic film with some really well-choreographed action scenes. So, "Mohenjo Daro" may after all be worth the opportunities the actor have let go.

Scheduled for an August 2016 release, Gowariker's magnum opus will see its lead actor fight crocodiles and tigers.
