Television actors often share a close bond with each other as they spend a lot of time on the sets. Not do they just work as a team but also party together on the sets. With the holy month of Ramadan coming to an end, the telly town has been celebrating the festive month and treating their taste buds with some mouth-watering dishes.

Aparna Dixit, who plays the role of Deevika on "Kalash – Ek Vishwaas," hosted an Iftar party on the set recently. Talking about the show's crew, who work without any break despite being on fast, Aparna told Indo-Asian News Service (IANS): "I was delighted by how people fast for 30 days without eating the whole day and come together in the evening to break their fast. The behind-the-camera people of our show work day in and out without a break even while fasting. So I try to be a part of their celebration if possible."

"It just makes me happy that I have seen Ramadan festival so closely and I get to be a part of it on the set everyday where people share their food, celebrate the breaking of the fast and create new memories," Aparna added.

Others who celebrated Ramadan on the sets of the TV shows are Ssharad Malhotra and the cast and crew of his show "Kasam.. Tere Pyaar Ki," Shireen Mirza and the cast of her show "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein." Last year, Divyanka Tripathi had hosted an Iftaar party for the cast and crew of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" and helped Shireen and Aly Goni break their fast as well.

Hina Khan also threw an Iftaar party for the team of her show "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai." Mahhi Vij and her "Balika Vadhu" team also celebrated the Iftaar party on the sets.
