It is Shah Rukh Khan's wife, Gauri Khan's birthday on 8 October. The lady turns 45 today and her birthday is being celebrated on Twitter with the hashtag #HappyBirthdayGauriKhan.

Shah Rukh and Gauri got married in the year 1991 and the duo has two sons and a daughter -- AbRam, Aryan and Suhana.

Gauri is the co-founder of her husband's production house "Red Chillies Entertainment" and she also works as an interior designer.

Shah Rukh's wife is originally from Delhi and is of Punjabi descent. She met Shah Rukh in 1984, when he was still a struggling actor and the duo fell in love with each other.

Gauri has produced a number of SRK's movies including "Main Hoon Naa", "Om Shanti Om", "Ra One", "Chennai Express", "Happy New Year" and the upcoming "Dilwale".

While Twitter has been abuzz with wishes for Shah Rukh's better half, film-maker and good friend, Karan Johar also took to the micro-blogging site to wish Gauri on her birthday.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh, who was in Hyderabad for the shooting of "Dilwale", has reportedly come down to Mumbai to celebrate his wife's birthday.
