Dragon Ball Super's Episode 3 titled "Look for the Super Saiyan God" was released on 19 July, 2015 by Toei Animation, the studio behind the anime TV series, following the successful run of Episode 1 and Episode 2.

Dragon Ball Super fans have been waiting for Episode 3 as its preview had suggested there could be some action moving away from the comic element that was the focus of the first two episodes.

Fans who have not watched the series yet are cautioned about the spoilers ahead in the story.

Episode 3 starts with what Beerus talking to Whis about his vision regarding the presence of a "Super Saiyan God" in their midst. Old Kai is paranoid about this, which is a reiteration of the concluding part of Episode 2.

Kai is nervous due to the fact that Goku is still in training and Beerus has a whiff of someone being a Super Saiyan God. Attack of the Fanboy reports of a funny scene with King Kai, Bubbles and Gregory being chased by Goku when Kai refreshes his memory.

The next scene is Beerus and Whis talking to each other about the existence of the two Saiyans – Goku and Vegeta. There is also a flashback scene showing Whis speaking to Beerus of Goku of Frieza's defeat at the hands of Goku after becoming a Super Saiyan. Both Beerus and Whis are seen heading to earth.

Next we have a humorous scene where Krillin, Android 18 and Maron are heading to Bulma's party but face traffic congestion. This provides them an idea to fly away with the car which they do.

Fans are also introduced for the first time to Tien, Chiaotzu and Yamacha in the anime series.

Bulma hosts a party in a cruise ship that she was seen hunting for in Episode 2. There are steady stream of guests joining the party and she is seen welcoming them. We see the entry of Gohan, Videl, Chi Chi and Goten. Gohan is seen showing his wedding picture with Vidal to Piccolo, who too arrives and is embarrassed.

The comic scenes continue with Master Roshi oogling at young girls in bikini at the party, only to be stopped by Chi Chi. We also see the expected nose bleeding scene of Master Roshi.

The third episode doesn't have much of Vegeta. However, Goku, though in training, remembers Bulma's party.

Fans have speculated about a possible meeting between Vegeta and Goku at the party in Episode 4. Episode 3 ends with no action being seen again.
