Producer Dil Raju has offered apology for giving the wrong phone number of Power Star Pawan Kalyan to his fans at the success meet of "Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham" (PNLJ) in Vizag, which, in fact, belonged to another person.
The produce had recently given the mobile number of Pawan Kalyan to some of his hardcore fans after they put pressure upon him at the success meet of "Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham" in Vizag. But a digit in the number given by him was wrong and had caused headache for a common man, who has been continuously getting calls from the actor's fans.
His production, Sri Venkateswara Creations, issued a statement to the media offering apology.
"The phone number given by Dil raju in "Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham" success meet in vizag does not belong to Mr Pawan Kalyan. Due to continuous pressure from fans, Dil Raju had announced his old number not regularly used," read the statement.
"However one numerical was mistakenly given. Hence the number announced belongs to a person who has no connection with films. Fans are calling that number and disturbing him. Please refrain from calling that number and disturb his privacy. Apologies for the inconvenience caused to that person and fans," it added.
"Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham" features Sai Dharam Tej and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles. Released in theatres on 14 November, the movie has become a big hit at the worldwide box office. It has given a big break to debutant hero Sai Dharam, who is now touring different cities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to thank the viewers for making his first film a big success.
Sai Dharam Tej visited Vizag on 22 November, along with Regina Cassandra. The success meet was attended thousands of fans in the city.
Mega family PRO SKN posted the photos, featuring huge crowd, and tweeted, "#SDT #PNLJ success function witnessed HUGE crowds at Vizag. 2nd Weekend collections R Superb, 2morrow success tour in East & West."
