Zayn Malik quit One Direction last month saying that he wanted to step away from the limelight and wanted to spend time with his fiancée, Perrie Edwards. But looks like she isn't her fiancée any more as Hollywood Life suggests that the couple may have gotten married secretly.

Malik and Edwards have been engaged since August 2013, and earlier this year when rumours about the singer cheating on her with a model started doing the rounds, he desperately wanted to get hitched with her to prove his love to Edwards.

"Zayn had wanted to get married sooner than later," a source had previously told the website and looks like Malik has gotten his wish fulfilled already.

But it wasn't the former One Directioner's comment that made the paparazzi believe otherwise as Cara Swan, Edwrad's BFF, recently wrote on Facebook, congratulating the new couple and wishing them luck for their future.

"Couldn't have been more proud of my number one girl Perrie Edwards today... congratulations and thanks you for blessing me with my role today [ring emoji] long long endless love for you. P.S You're actually my wife and married to meeeee," read Swan's comment on the social networking website.

She later added: "You know you went to a good wedding when your hangover finally goes at 10pm the next day."

Moreover the website also reveals that band members Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan allegedly attended Malik's bachelor party, based according to another comment of Cara Swan that wished the boys a "good few days on the [bachelor party]!"

As fans keep guessing about his marriage, the one thing that Malik has confirmed is that he has nothing to do with his former band anymore. Hollywood Life reported previously that the former band member had removed the "One Direction" band handle form his Twitter account proving once and for all that he is done with the band and ready to go solo.
