Emerging reports suggest that Kangana Ranaut said "no" to Salman Khan's "Sultan" as Sooraj Pancholi was part of the film. However, the "Hero" actor has clarified that he is not associated with the movie in any way.

Sooraj said he was never offered a role in Salman's "Sultan" and the reports are not true.

Sooraj told DNA, "First of all, I am not in 'Sultan'. I have not been offered a role and there is no question of me doing it. What would I do in a film starring Bhai?"

Earlier, it was reported that Kangana was supposed to be the lead actress in "Sultan", but she rejected the offer as Sooraj was rumoured to be part of the movie. Sooraj Pancholi is the son of Aditya Pancholi, who is Kangana's former boyfriend.

"All that has nothing to do with me. I am game to work with anyone. In this industry, there are no permanent friendships and fights," added Sooraj when asked about sharing screen space with Kangana in future.

There have been a lot of speculations regarding the cast of Salman's "Sultan", but no confirmation has been made as yet regarding the lead actress in the movie.

A few days ago, Sooraj Pancholi, who made his Bollywood debut with "Hero", tweeted a photo with the caption, "What's next???" This gave the impression that the actor is gearing up for his next project.

Rubbishing previous reports, Sooraj Pancholi has now stated that his second film will have no connection with Salman.

"Sultan" will present Salman as a wrestler from Haryana and is slated to be released during Eid 2016. Shah Rukh Khan's "Raees" will also hit the screens around the same time.
