Dhadak starring Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattar is faring well not just in Indian, but also in international markets. The movie has crossed Rs 30 crore gross mark at the worldwide box office.

Released in nearly 2,500 screens, Dhadak opened to fantastic response and collected Rs 8.71 crore net at the Indian box office on the first day. The movie broke the opening day record of Raazi (Rs 7.53 crore net) and became the eighth biggest Bollywood opener of 2018. The film has received a positive response from everyone.

The word of mouth boosts its collection with the Karan Johar-produced movie showing nearly 27 percent growth on Saturday. Dhadak has collected Rs 11.04 crore net at the Indian box office on its second day, taking its total collection to Rs 19.75 crore net. Its gross total stands at Rs 25.32 crore.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted. "#Dhadak witnesses SIGNIFICANT GROWTH on Day 2... Growth on Sat [vis-à-vis Fri]: 26.75%... Sun biz expected to be higher than Sat... Eyes  30 cr+ weekend, which is EXCELLENT for a film starring newcomers... Fri 8.71 cr, Sat 11.04 cr. Total:  19.75 cr. India biz."

The Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khattar starrer also got a good opening in the international markets and collected Rs 3.34 crore gross ($486,000) on Friday. Dhadak remained strong and collected Rs 2.56 crore gross at the overseas box office on the second day, taking its total collection to Rs 5.90 crore gross ($858,000). The movie is all set to cross the $1 million mark in the international markets on Sunday.

Taran Adarsh tweeted on Sunday, "#Dhadak springs a pleasant surprise Overseas... Films starring newcomers, generally, find limited takers... But #Dhadak is an exception... Total: approx $ 858k [ 5.90 cr]... North America: $ 265k UAE-GCC: $ 322k UK-Ireland: $ 96k ANZ: $ 100k Pakistan: $ 47k."

Dhadak has collected a total of Rs 31.22 crore gross at the worldwide box office in two days. The movie needs to rake in more than Rs 18 crore to cross Rs 50 crore gross in the global market. Early trends on Sunday suggest that the movie would easily achieve this feat in the first weekend.
