Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal has won another mandate in the Delhi Assembly Election 2020. Kejriwal is likely to take oath on February 14, the same date on which he took office in 2015. This is the third consecutive term for the Aam Aadmi Party. 

The early trends showed the AAP on course to return to power in Delhi with the Arvind Kejriwal-led party leading on 63 seats. The BJP on just 7 seats while the Congress was seen drawing a blank. 

In 2015, Arvind Kejriwal's AAP had registered a near clean sweep of the Delhi assembly, winning 67 out of 70 seats. Watch this space for live updates from the 2020 Delhi assembly election results.

BJP's votes increase by 7%

Compared to the results of 2015 Delhi Assembly elections, there has been a 7 per cent increase in votes of the BJP.  The percentage of votes polled in favour of the BJP this time was 42.07 per cent.
