Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan's debut project has been the talk of the town for quite some time now.
After a lot of speculations, it has been confirmed that Sara will star in director Abhishek Kapoor's next with Sushant Singh Rajput. Abhishek himself confirmed it to India Today. The film, to be produced by Ekta Kapoor, is titled Kedarnath and will see Sushant romancing Sara.

Earlier, Salman Khan and Karan Johar's name were associated with launching Saif's daughter, but it turned out that mommy Amrita's good friend Ekta has finally come to her rescue.
A source from the production house, Balaji Motion Pictures, had told DNA: "Gattu wanted a fresh pairing for his film. He decided to cast Saif's daughter as the female lead in the film. The team has met Sara and she has liked it. She is most likely to sign on within two weeks. Ekta is very close to Sara's mom Amrita Singh. In fact, Ekta revived her career on the small screen when she wanted to return to acting. Amrita was also seen in Ekta's production, A Flying Jatt, as Tiger Shroff's mom. Amrita trusts her to launch her daughter, and has given her blessings to this project."
In other news, there is no denial that Sara has become a social media celebrity much before her Bollywood debut. Recently, her picture in a black and white striped bikini went viral online. The picture was originally shared on Instagram by television producer Vikas Gupta but was deleted minutes after it was uploaded.
Again a couple of weeks ago, Sara's rumoured beau Harshvardhan Kapoor posted a picture of a girl facing her back towards the camera on his Instagram account. As soon as social media users began speculating that it was Sara, the actor promptly deleted the photo. Despite the pictures been deleted, it managed to go take the internet by storm.
