"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" will return to Fox with Season 3 on 27 September and the first episode will reportedly reveal everything you wanted to know since Season 2 ended with a cliffhanger. As we all know, Amy and Jake shared a kiss at the end of the last season, while Captain Holt got transferred from the Brooklyn Nine-Nine precinct and Gina followed him.

After dancing around their feelings for each other for two years, Jake (Andy Samberg) and Amy (Melissa Fumero) finally kissed, leaving open a possibility for romance. Jake has a tonne of abandonment issues, thanks to his father, so after Captain Holt's (Andre Braugher) departure from the precinct, he is distraught. A new relationship might just be the kind of distraction he could use.

Meanwhile, Captain Holt and Gina's (Chelsea Peretti) new life in the Public Relations Office will also be explored. Fans need not worry about the two beloved characters being separated from the 99th precinct for too long, because sooner or later he will return to his rightful post.

His war with Madeline (Kyra Sedgwick) will continue and while Holt's transfer can be chalked up as a win for her, he will surely strike back soon and reclaim his captaincy from Bill Hader.

On the other hand, it has been confirmed that Mary Lynn Rajskub, best known as Chloe O'Brian from "24", will appear in "B99" as a prestigious art gallery owner named Genevieve. Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) will fall in love with her, believing she is his soul-mate.

While Season 3 of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" will only premiere on 27 September, the fans can watch the activities at Brooklyn's favourite precinct by catching up on "Hitchcock and Scully" web series. Do not forget to check here for more scoop on "Brooklyn Nine-Nine".
