The Daily Mail reported that the fanatic who beheaded Foley is from a gang of British jihadis known as 'The Beatles'. Based on the information provided by a former hostage, the masked Islamic State maniac is said to be a Londoner, who used to be known as 'John'.

According to Newsweek report there more than twice as many British Muslims fighting for Islamic State than there are serving in the British armed forces.
