Akkineni multi starrer "Manam" has crossed the ₹25-crore mark at the worldwide box office. The family drama minted ₹24.4 crore WW share in 10 days and its Monday collection has helped the film to surpass the ₹25 crore mark.

Considering the film's budget, "Manam" is all set to become a blockbuster soon. Trade experts believe that the film might have a long run and earn around ₹35 crore share during the time, reported Andhraboxoffice website.

The film is turning out to be the biggest hit in Akkineni's film career. While it is the biggest earner for Naga Chaitanya, it is all set to become the top grosser for Nagarjuna by overtaking "Damarukam" collections in a couple of weeks.

"Manam", which hit screens on 23 May, received rave reviews from critics as well as from celebrities. Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu, who watched the film recently, has called it an outstanding film.

"ANR lives on..what a moment for the akkineni family..:)," Babu tweeted. "Manam is an outstanding film..my heart fills up with joy when plots like these work.. congrats to the entire team especially to director vikram for his 'out of the box' idea.!!," he added.

Mahesh also commented on Akhil's (Nagarjuna-Amala's son) cameo in the family entertainer. "Pleasantly surprised by Akhil's cameo in the end..the boy has amazing screen presence....a star to look out for in the future.:)"

Several other film celebrities including Kamal Haasan, Prakash Raj, Ram Charan, Nani, Rajamouli, Lakshmi Manchu, Pooja Hegde, Allu Sirish and Rana Daggubati have also heaped praises on "Manam."

The film opened to a slow but steady start in the first weekend. Positive word of mouth has helped the multi starrer to pull crowds to theatres in the last 10 days. The Akkineni starrer has also done exceptionally well in the US, which is one of the key markets for Indian films. Race Gurram

Allu Arjun's "Race Gurram" has successfully completed 50-day theatrical run at the box office.

"Race Gurram" is the biggest Telugu hit of 2014 (so far), with the film crossing the ₹50-crore mark. The action comedy entertainer performed great business in India as well as overseas markets.

The film has reportedly earned ₹56.9 crore at the worldwide box office. It has surpassed Mahesh Babu's "Dookudu" collections, which amounts to ₹56.7 crore. "Race Gurram" has taken the fourth spot in the list of all time top 10 worldwide shares (Telugu films).

Directed by Surender Reddy, the film's story revolves around two brothers played by Arjun and Shaam. Shruti Haasan and Saloni play the female leads, while Brahmanandam provides comic relief as "Kill Bill" Pandey in the action comedy entertainer.

The Arjun starrer received fantastic reviews from critics as well as from the audience upon its release on 11 April. Despite new releases, "Race Gurram" has managed to hold on to several screens in major centres.
