Akshay Kumar's "Singh Is Bliing" (Singh Is Bling) and Irrfan Khan's "Talvar" are scaling upwards at the domestic box office.

Akshay-Amy Jackson starrer "Singh Is Bliing" (Singh Is Bling) minted approximately Rs 7 crore in its second weekend. The 10-day box office collection of "Singh Is Bliing" is now estimated to be more than Rs 84 crore.

The 10-day box office collection of "Singh Is Bliing" has made it the seventh highest grosser film of the year. Interestingly, Akshay's all four movies of this year are in the top 10 list of the highest grosser of 2015.

"Baby" is the fifth highest grosser, "Gabbar Is Back" is sixth, while "Brothers" is the eight highest grosser of 2015. "Singh Is Bliing" will replace soon "Gabbar Is Back" to become the sixth highest grosser.

Directed by Prabhudeva, the film also features Kay Kay Menon, Lara Datta, Pradeep Rawat, Anil Mange, Rati Agnihotri, Yograj Singh and Kunal Kapoor among others.

Talvar

Irrfan Khan's investigative thriller "Talvar" box office collection has further increased on second Sunday. "Talvar" has minted Rs 22.55 crore in its 10-day run at the domestic box office.

"#Talvar is SUPER-STRONG in Weekend 2. [Week 2] Fri 1.50 cr, Sat 2.70 cr, Sun 2.80 cr. Total: ₹ 22.55 cr. India biz," trade analyst Taran Adarsh added.

"Talvar" will continue its strong run in its week, despite facing competition from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's "Jazbaa" and Akshay's "Singh Is Bliing".

The film was expected to take its lifetime total to Rs 30 crore, but if it continues its steady run then the collection might go up to Rs 35 to Rs 40 crore.

Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the film also features Konkona Sen Sharma and Neeraj Kabi in important roles.
