While, "Ragini MMS 2" and "Queen" had decent Monday due to Gudi Padwa and Ugadi holiday, "Youngistaan", "O Teri" and "Dishkiyaoon" performed poorly.

Among the new releases "Youngistaan" is leading the market, followed by "Dishkiyaoon" and "O Teri". Despite holiday in several circuits in India, the new releases failed to hold well on its first Monday.

"Youngistaan" has fetched around ₹4.6 crore in four days, "Dishkiyaaon" ₹4.15 crore and "O Teri", which had the dismissal performance, minted ₹2.65 crore, according to boxofficeindia.

The first three weeks of March had good traffic at the box office due to the films "Queen" and "Ragini MMS 2," which performed exceptionally well. However, the last week releases have brought down the box office traffic ending the first quarter on a low note.

"Ragini MMS 2" starring former porn star Sunny Leone has maintained strong position at the box office. The film is benefiting due to the poor performances of new release.

On its second Monday, the film raked in more than ₹1 crore from the domestic box office.

The overall total of the horror thriller now stands at approximately ₹47 crore.

Even though the film's performance is good in India, its completely opposite in the overseas market failing to entertain audiences there.

Kangana Ranaut's release "Queen" has maintained a strong hold in India and international arena.

The film went up during the fourth weekend in India and overseas market.

"#Queen continues its triumphant run. Excellent in USA [Rs 6.02 cr], Canada [Rs 1.06 cr], UK [Rs 1.59 cr]. Source: Rentrak," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.
