"OLK" showed further improvements in its collection on Saturday and Sunday. The Chaitanya and Pooja Hegde starrer has raked in approximately ₹6.50 crore nett at the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana box office in the first weekend. It has also garnered very good response in other parts of the globe, where it has collected approximately ₹2 crore nett in three days.
The Vijay Kumar Konda directorial has collected approximately ₹8.50 crore at the worldwide box office in the first week.
"OLK", which has been made with a whopping budget of around ₹20 crore, has recovered 35% of its production. If it has to get its making cost, the movie has to do well at the box office in the first week as well.
However, five much-awaited movies like "Karthikeya", "Pooja", "I Am In Love", "Ishq Wala Love" and "Happy New Year" are scheduled to release as a Diwali treat this weekend. Trade experts in Tollywood predict that they will definitely snatch some amount of screens from "OLK" thereby taking a toll on its collection.
