Bill Cosby remained tight-lipped as the lawyers argued for and against him inside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania, on the sixth day of his trial on the sexual assault case filed against him by a former Temple University staff member, Andrea Constand.

The legendary comedian was accompanied by his wife Camille on Monday, June 12. The 73-year-old television producer and author came to the court for the first time after the trial began and she surely captured the attention of everybody.

Only one person took the witness stand on the sixth day of the trial and it was a police detective. He just testified for six minutes and the lawyers immediately started their closing arguments. Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele stressed on the statement of America's Dad that he gave drugs to young women to have sexual contact with them.

"It comes out of his own mouth. He says he gives her drugs. He says she doesn't say 'yes.' He says he put his finger... And knows the effect of what he gave her. By doing what he did on that night, he took away that ability [to consent]. He took that from Andrea Constand. He gave her no choice in this matter. Why? Because of what he wanted," Steele told jury members.

Immediately, Cosby's defence lawyer Brian McMonagle counter-argued and said, "Ms. Constand was untruthful time and time and time again. There is one contradictory story after another."

The attorney even questioned the chief accuser for being in touch with the I Spy star after the alleged sexual assault. "Why on earth would you go to Foxwoods casino in Connecticut after he has already unbuttoned your pants and put his hands down your pants?" he asked.
