Bigg Boss Telugu 3 grand finale: Chiranjeevi honours Rahul Sipligunj with winner's trophy [Photos]

10.25 pm: Nagarjuna invites Sreemukhi and Rahul. Chiru says that it is great achievements for the two to reach the top two contestants status. He congratulated them both. The host asks Bigg Boss to bring the trophy. Chiranjeevi declares Rahul is winner, Sreemukhi is runnerup.

10.05 pm: Before announcing the winner, Chiranjeevi requests Bigg Boss to screen the AV of Nagarjuna. The megastar talks about all the contestants' behaviour inside the house and all of them can not stop getting goosebumps.

9.55 pm: Nagarjuna invites megastar Chiranjeevi to announce the winner of Bigg Boss Telugu 3. Chiru says that this is the most popular show in the world and inviting him as the guest to its grand finale is a great honour. He asks the host who among the two will be the winner.

9.45 pm: After Nidhhi's performance, Nagarjuna enters the Bigg Boss Telugu 3 house. He screens their AV's to Rahul and Sreemukhi. He tells them that the prize money is Rs 50 lakh. He offers them Rs 25 lakh each. They reject his offer and face the trial. He brings both on the stage.

9.20 pm: After the break, he invites Nidhhi Agerwal, who entertains the viewers with her dance performance of iSmart Shankar's hit soundtrack. 

9.06 pm: After he appeared on the stage, Nag asks Baba about his experience. He shares his excitement. Baba says Sreemukhi will be the winner and Rahul will be the runner up. Later, he invites his daughters on the stage and kisses them and joins other evicted contestants.

9.00 pm: After the break, Nag makes Anjali open the envelope. She opens and finds Baba Bhaskar's names mentioned it. The host asks her to bring him on the stage.

8.50 pm: Nagarjuna invites Anjali, gives an envelope to her and tells that the name of the contestant, who will be evicted from the show, and sends her inside the house. Before she opens it, Nagarjuna once again offers Rs 10 lakh and they reject. Nag offers them Rs 25 lakh and they reject this offer too. Their family members also reject it.

8.40 pm: After Varun's elimination, evicted contestants like Vithika Sheru, Punarnavi Bhupalam, Ravi Krishna, Shilpa Chakravarthy entertain the viewers with their dance performance.

8.20 pm: After appearing on the stage, Varun Sandesh says that he did not accept the money because the viewers have supported him so far and he did not want to disappoint them by accepting the money. After having a fun chat with him, the host bids goodbye to Varun.

8.15 pm: As per Plan C, Naga invites Catherine Treza, who arrives with an envelope and the name of the contestant, who is in the fourth position, is mentioned in it. Before opening it, the host gives them another chance to them, but they reject it. Catherine hands over the envelope to Srikanth, who opens and shows that Varun Sandesh is eliminated from the house

8.05 pm: After he enters the house, Nagarjuna says there are Rs 10 lakh in the suitcase and asks the housemates to pick it up and walk out of the house if they feel they don't win the title. But all of the contestants and their family members reject his offer. As per plan B, Srikanth brings another suitcase with Rs 20 lakhs. He tries to convince them, but they reject it.

8.00 pm: Nagarjuna invites Meka Srikanth to bring the contestant, who is in the fourth position, out of the house. The host him that there are three plans, gives him a suitcase and sends him inside the house.

7.53 pm: After Anurag's rendition, Nagarjuna invites another guest - Anjali to relieve everyone from the stress of the eviction. She sizzles and sets the stage on fire with her dance performance.

7.35 pm: Nag invites Rashi, Maruthi and Ali Reza on the stage. After having a fun chat, the host bids goodbye to the guests and talks to Ali, who thanks everyone for their support. Nag says goodbye to him too. He invites Anurag Kulkarni to sing a song. He enthrals the viewers with his melodious rendition.

7.21 pm: Rashi and Maruthi open the envelope and see the name. After raising tension among the housemates, they pick Ali Reza and Nag asks him to take a selfie with the other housemates and come on the stage.

7.18 pm: Nag reveals that Maruthi and Rashi Khanna will bring the contestant, who is in the fifth position out of the house. He asks the housemates to guess the name. The director and actress interact with the inmates. The host asks Baba to shake legs with both of them. It is really fun as they dance to the tunes of Rahul.

7.13 pm: Nagarjuna begins the elimination process. He invites director Maruthi and Rashi Khanna on the stage and talks about their upcoming movie Prathi Roju Pandaga. 6.50 pm: Nagarjuna asks the finalists to mark their favourite place in the Bigg Boss Telugu 3. Sreemukhi says courtyard as her mother entered the house through that place. Baba Bhaskar says the kitchen area, as it always motivated him. Varun says the sofa in the garden area as he spent most of his time with his friends. Rahul says that Bathroom is his best place, he spent most of his time in cleaning it. Ali Reza says that Gym area is the best place.

6.35 pm: Finally, the host connects with the top five finalists of Bigg Boss Telugu 3 and asks about their feelings, as they are waiting for the results. They share their excitement about it. Nagarjuna asks Rahul Sipligunj to sing a song on his journey on the show. He sings and others dance for his tunes

6.30 pm: Nagarjuna talks to the family members of the top five finalists of Bigg Boss Telugu 3. They say that they are happy and proud of their kids for entering the finale. They thank the makers of Bigg Boss Telugu for giving them an opportunity.

6.15 pm: Nagarjuna has a fun interaction with the evicted contestants of Bigg Boss Telugu 3. He asked them about their life after they walked out of the show.

6.10 pm: Nagarjuna says, "I love this season of Bigg Boss Telugu, which has become hit all over the world. It is because of the housemates inside and outside the house.

6.05 pm: Evicted contestants like Ravi, Siva Jyothi, Rohini, Shipa, Hema, Himaja, Vithika, Tamanna set the stage on the fire with their dance performances for hit Telugu songs. Later, host Nagarjuna makes a stylish entry on the stage.

The stage is all set for the grand finale of Bigg Boss Telugu 3 and host Akkineni Nagarjuna will announce of Rahul Sipligunj, Sreemukhi, Baba Bhaskar, Ali Reza and Varun Sandesh as the winner of the show.

This morning, Star Maa released a promo featuring a glimpse at the guest on the grand finale of Bigg Boss Telugu 3. The TV channel also tweeted, "The Final Day and the stage is set for #BiggBossTelugu3 Grand Finale!!! #BB3TeluguFinale Today at 6 PM on @StarMaa."

An hour before the show began, the bosses of Star Maa took to Twitter to remind the viewers of the grand finale of Bigg Boss Telugu 3. They wrote, "Are you ready to watch the Grand Finale of #BiggBossTelugu3? Sunday evening is going to be too much fun with many more surprises!!! #BB3TeluguFinale Starts today at 6 PM on Star Maa."

It rumoured yesterday that Rahul Sipligunj was declared the winner of Bigg Boss Telugu 3. Nagarjuna Akkineni cautioned the viewers that it is fake news. He tweeted, "It's here!! The final day of shoot for the #BiggBossTelugu3 and it's been an incredible journey!! It's going to be LIVE!! do not believe any scrolls, winner updates out there in the social media.
