"Bigg Boss" is gearing up for its ninth season and the list of probable contestants and other details of the show have started doing the rounds.

While Salman Khan will reportedly reprise his role as the host this time as well, the makers are yet to reveal concrete details regarding the new season.

However, the latest buzz is that the most-watched TV reality show will not be aired at prime time slot. Apparently, this time the show will be telecast at 10.30 pm instead of its usual time of 9 pm.

While no confirmation has been made regarding the new timing, Salman is reportedly angry with the makers for not alotting the prime time slot of 9 pm to the widely watched controversial show.

This is not the first time the time slot of "Bigg Boss" has become an issue. According to a report in the DNA, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (I&B) had in the past raised its concerns over the controversial content and the format of the show being aired at the prime time slot. Hence, the makers, it appears, are this time willing to play safe by telecasting it at 10.30 pm.

Meanwhile, the "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" actor will be shooting for the promo of "Bigg Boss 9" at Film City on Friday (4 September).

It is said that the promo will go on air within a week and the show is likely to start from 11 October, soon after "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded" wraps up.
