Bigg Boss 12 will be going to air its grand premiere on Sunday, September 16 and if reports are to be believed, Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde and runner-up Hina Khan will be joining Salman Khan on the first episode.
"Hina is definitely the most talked about the actress and was quite a popular contestant as well. Hence, we would really like her to be a part of this season in some way or the other," a source was quoted as saying by The Times Of India.
Hina was recently spotted at the Mumbai airport by the paparazzi after she returned to the city from her vacation in London.
According to India Forum, Shilpa Shinde, who won Bigg Boss 11 after beating Hina Khan and Vikas Gupta in the finale race, will also be seen welcoming Bigg Boss 12 contestants alongside the TV show's host Salman Khan.
Shilpa and Hina have had been arch rivals on Bigg Boss 11 and their fight continued even after the show was over. They had been making series of allegations against each other their respective fans joined them in their arguments on social media.
The former Angoori bhabhi had earlier said that she doesn't consider Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress as her friend nor her competition. She had even requested her fans not to indulge in unnecessary arguments on social media.
It would be a sight to behold if Shilpa and Hina share the Bigg Boss stage with Salman Khan once again. It remains to be seen whether the two will be performing on the season 12 grand premiere along with the show's contestants.
With just two days left for the show, viewers can tune in to Colors TV channel to watch Bigg Boss season 12 from Monday to Sunday at 9 pm.
This time, the makers of Bigg Boss have come up with a 'jodi' theme called "Vichitra" or "unique jodis" in which contestants will enter Bigg Boss house in pairs for the first time. The pairs could be married or unmarried couples, siblings, friends, and mother and father-in-law as well.
Unlike other seasons, this time Salman Khan will be given a special power to stop evictions on weekend episodes. He will also be seen interacting with the contestants in a classroom through smartboard.
