Bigg Boss 10: Manu Punjabi to return to show soon

Viewers of Bigg Boss 10 recently witnessed one of the strongest contestants, Manoj Punjabi aka Manu, leaving the show abruptly. Though he was not given any explanation regarding his emergency exit, it was later revealed the decision was taken because of the demise of his mother.

Manu's mother, who lived in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, suffered a cardiac arrest and was declared brought dead to the hospital. She was in her 70s.

Manu flew down to Jodhpur on Saturday, along with his fiancée Priya Saini, who was on the Bigg Boss 10 to be a part of Salman Ki Sabha. The shooting took place on Friday and news of Manu's mother's death reached them on Friday night.

Speaking about the same, Saini told the Times of India, "After shooting for 'Salman ki sabha', I went back to the hotel. At around 12 in the night, I got to know about this news and that's when I asked the makers to allow Manu to come out of the house so that we both could be with his family in Jodhpur. It's a difficult time for us, especially for Manu, as he was extremely close to his mother."

Saini reassured fans that Manu would return to the show after a few days.
